I want more leads!
We need more online sales! More bookings! We hear this all the time from business owners. For the longest time it was enough just to have a website and other channels such as Yellow Pages or radio would supplement. Not anymore. The web (search or social) is the go to place for most users looking to solve a problem, to learn something or to share something.
Over the last 8 years, performance has become the main objective. There is no point in having a site unless it performs. What should it be doing? A lot of business owners walk through our door not really having an answer to this question. That’s where we come in. In order to know how well you’re doing you have to have a goals with an objective (ideally online and offline).
Here are some some ideas on setting goals and objectives:
- Figure out where you are and where you want to be
- Understand what channels are going to be relevant
- Measure and optimize those channels monthly
